Text Message Confirmations
You will receive a confirmation text message from us 2 days prior to your appointment. We ask that you respond with the letter 'Y' for YES or 'N' for no so we know if you will make your appointment. If you do not respond to the text message we will follow up with a phone call the day before your appointment. Confirming your appointment is very important to us and a response is much appreciated. We do require a 24 hour notification if you cannot make your appointment.

Did you know our salon phone is an iPhone? Our clients LOVE that they can just text us (623-551-1262) when they need an appointment. Best part is that you are actually talking to our receptionists! So feel free to call or text for all questions, comments or appointments.
No-Shows/24 Hour Cancellation policy
All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. If you ‘No Show’ an appointment or do not give us proper 24 hour notice, you will be charged a $25.00 service fee for services which will help us cover our losses. Please note that “No Shows” are an extreme disruption to Luxxe B.'s operations and any client/guest that has 2 consecutive “No Shows” will be unable to schedule future appointments; Luxxe B. will gladly provide salon services to you as a “Walk-In” guest only.
The Luxxe B. team appreciates a courtesy call to notify us of all late arrivals. The Luxxe B. team will make every effort to accommodate the initially scheduled service(s); however, Luxxe B. reserves the right to re-schedule the appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late
We know your children are great little people, however the salon can be a very dangerous place for children. Luxxe B. is an adult environment that has sharp scissors, razors, chemicals and hot styling tools. Children who visit the salon during their parents’ appointments or children who are unattended in the waiting area pose a safety issue. For your child’s safety, we kindly ask parents visit the salon and spa without their children unless the child has an appointment. If something were to happen to your child, it would not only be devastating to you and your family, it would be equally as devastating to us.
Salon Redo Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to redo the service. Redos are scheduled exactly like regular appointments and are provided at no charge. The only qualification that we make in providing redos is that you call to schedule the redo within seven days of the original service and that the redo be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the service. However, in the case that the original stylist has no time available, or if you feel that the technician is unable to provide the service, an exception may be made and the redo may be scheduled with another technician.
Please note, services received by apprentices are not guaranteed. Our salon stylists will not provide you with a redo for an apprentice service. You must schedule the redo with the apprentice who originally provided you with the service.
